Texarkana to Hope

From the passenger station at Texarkana (MP 490.3) on the Texas-Arkansas border, where the speed limit is 30 mph (10 mph in the station trackage), the brick depot, platform and umbrella shed are on the north side of the line and the Texarkana yard is on the south side of the line, the 2MT, CTC, line continues northeast, past Intermediate Signals at MP 490.3, a road bridge overhead, extra track to the north, a bridge over a stream, a street alongside to the north, a bridge over a street, the end of the yard at North Texarkana (MP 488.7), where the speed limit rises to 60 mph,  road alongside to the west, two grade crossings, a bridge over drainage, Belt Junction, where a connector from the erstwhile Cotton Belt trails in on the southeast side, dual road bridges overhead, a road alongside to the northwest, a grade crossing, a grade crossing with SR 237, Intermediate Signals, a spur on the southeast side to GE Capital Railcar, a grade crossing, a dirt road grade crossing, a dirt road alongside to the northwest (starting at the SR 237 crossing), Mandeville, where the speed limit is 65-60, Paup, where it is 75-60, a dirt track grade crossing, a dirt road grade crossing, a dirt track grade crossing, and Clear Lake Junction (MP 480.4), where the 2MT reduce to single track, CTC, and the speed limit is 40 mph on the turnout, before rising to 75-60 again.

There is a dirt track grade crossing, the 8,878 ft. east side siding at Holman (MP 479.1-477.3), with a dirt track grade crossing and a grade crossing within the siding, dual road bridges overhead, a detector at MP 475.4, a road alongside to the northwest, a grade crossing, a road bridge overhead, a bridge over a dirt road, the deck girder bridge over the Red River, just west of the west end of the 9,476 ft. east side siding at Fulton (MP 471.3-469.4), within which the speed limit is 70-60 before reverting to 75-60 there is a bridge over a road, a dirt track grade crossing, and dual road bridges overhead, and the line turns east, a dirt track grade crossing, a bridge over drainage, two dirt track grade crossings in the woods, a bridge over a stream, a dirt road grade crossing, Intermediate Signals and a detector at MP 464.2, a grade crossing, a bridge over drainage, a grade crossing, signals at Sheppard, where a spur heads away west and the line turns east northeast, a grade crossing, a bridge over a stream, the 5,747 ft. siding on the south side of the line at Hope (MP 459.3-458.1), with a bridge over a road within the siding, where the speed limit drops to 30 mph for the flat crossing with the Kiamichi Railroad, a bridge over a road, and the 10,499 ft. siding on the north side of the line from MP 458.1 past the KRR flat crossing at MP 457.9 and the wye with a UP branch to the north (reaching the KCS at Nashville), to the north end of the siding at MP 456.0, where the speed limit is again 75-60.
