From West Street Crossover (MP 331.9), start of a north-side Controlled Siding (25 mph on the siding), with a 30 mph speed restriction, from MP 332.1 to MP 331.6, and the junction with the Olean Secondary Track (former Erie Chicago main line), trailing in from the west-northwest at CP-Cass (MP 331.8), a 35 mph speed restriction, from MP 331.6 to MP 330.2, Hornell (MP 331.2), the location of the Morrison-Knudson Works, and CP-Horn (MP 328.2), where the Controlled Siding ends, the line turns southeast, single track, Rule 261, maximum speed 50 mph, past a 40 mph speed restriction, from MP 326.1 to MP 325.8, as the line turns east-southeast, past Canisteo, where the erstwhile New York and Pennsylvania once trailed in from the southwest, east past a detector at "Adrian" (MP 322.3) and a bridge over the river, south-southeast, past the start of an 11,969 ft. north-side Controlled Siding (25 mph on the siding) at CP-Adrian (MP 318.7), south and then south-southeast again, following the river, with a 40 mph speed restriction, from MP 318.2 to MP 315.4, past CP-Cam (MP 316.2), end of the Controlled Siding and Cameron (MP 314.2).

The line turns east-southeast, still following the river, past Cameron Mills, turning south-southeast and then south, with a 40 mph speed restriction, from MP 309.7 to MP 307.7, past Rathbone, east-southeast, past a detector at "Addison" (MP 302.5) and Addison (MP 301.3), just north fo due east, just south of due east, and north-northeast, still following the river, past Erwins (MP 295.9), curving around and bridging across the river, coming alongside a larger river and heading south-southeast, past CP-Erwins (MP 294.9), start of a 19,008 ft. south-side Controlled Siding (40 mph on the siding), and just south of due east, past Gang Mills (MP 293.0), CP-Gang Mills (MP 292.9), junction with the Corning Industrial Track and the Wellsboro Corning railroad, trailing in on the south side, Painted Post (MP 292.0), junction with the Bath Secondary Track, trailing in on the north side at a wye, CP-Corning (MP 290.8), where the Corning Running Track departs on the north side, and CP-Gibson (MP 290.1), end of the Controlled Siding, where the Gibson Running Track (forming a wye with the Corning Running Track) trails in on the north side.
