Winfield to Augusta

From the 5,833 ft. siding at WN Junction (MP 216.0), where South Kansas & Oklahoma lines head east and west, an erstwhile MoPac line once crossed on the flat, and the former Santa Fe line to Mulvane, Wichita and Newton heads north-northwest the former Santa Fe line to Augusta, on the Transcon, heads north, single track, CTC, speed limit 55 mph with a speed restriction of 25 mph on curves between MP 216.0 and MP 215.6, past a speed restriction of 40 mph on curves between MP 211.5 and MP 211.2, as the line jogs north-northwest and then just east of due north, the 7,495 ft. siding at Akron (MP 208.8), Rock (MP 202.6), a speed restriction of 25 mph on curves between MP 200.0 and MP 198.8, a detector at MP 198.8, a speed restriction of 50 mph on a curve between MP 197.5 and MP 197.4, as the line turns a bit further towards the east of due north, Douglass (MP 197.0), a speed restriction of 50 mph on a curve just west of due north between MP 191.8 and MP 191.7, a speed restriction of 35 mph on curves between MP 188.7 and MP 186.1, as the line turns north-northeast and then northeast at the junction with the former Santa Fe line from Wellington, Clovis, and Barstow, coming in from the southwest at MP 185.8, and the flat crossing/junction with the former Frisco Wichita line heading west (with its erstwhile eastward continuation now closed) at BN Xing (MP 185.7).
