Minot/Surrey to Surrey Junction

The Minot (MP 203.2) depot is on the south side of the tracks, the line turns just south of east, east past  past shuttle-enabled rail-served grain facilities and the end of 2MT at MP 199.7, where the speed limit rises to 60-50, and a spur on the north side, and the freight yard (Gavin Yard, MP 197.9)) to the north of the tracks, before reaching 52-car rail-served grain facilities and the junction at Surrey (MP 196.3/226.0), where the main passenger line continues east and the New Rockford Subdivision—the main freight line—heads east-southeast, single track, CTC, with speed limit 60 mph, past Genoa, the 9,665 ft. siding at Simcoe (MP 211.9), a detector at MP 209.2, a bridge at MP 206.2, Verendrye, a detector at MP 202.0, the 9,116 ft. siding at Karlsruhe (MP 199.6), the 9,420 ft. siding at Guthrie (MP 186.8), Norfolk, a former crossing with an erstwhile Soo line, the 9,591 ft. siding at Aylmer (MP 177.0), a jog east, southeast past Clifton, and then east-southeast again.

There is a detector at MP 168.7, the 8,957 ft. siding at Selz (MP 161.7), additional track at Wallsburg (MP 155.6), the 9,115 ft. siding at Heimdal (MP 149.5), additional track at Hamberg (MP 142.9), where the line turns east, and then east-southeast again, a detector at MP 142.4, the 8,250 ft. siding at Bremen (MP 136.8), Munich, the 10,167 ft. siding at New Rockford (MP 124.3), a flat crossing with a former NP north-south line, Dundas, the 8,797 ft. siding at Brantford (MP 112.7), a detector at MP 110.5, additional track at Grace City (MP 106.3), the 9,630 ft. siding at Juanita (MP 99.9), additional track at Glenfield (MP 93.4), the 9,686 ft. siding at Sutton (MP 86.4), a detector at MP 83.7, Revere, and the 9,613 ft. siding and junction with a former NP spur south (and its erstwhile continuation north) at Hannaford (MP 73.0).

The line continues east-southeast, past additional track at Walum (MP 69.6), a high-wide detector at MP 68.6, additional track at Karnak (MP 66.5), a bridge at MP 63.9, additional track at Dazey (MP 63.4), the 9,145 ft. siding at Luverne (MP 60.2), a detector at MP 55.9, the 7,733 ft. siding at Pillsbury (MP 52.8), Walden, a 55 mph speed restriction between MP 41.2 and MP 23.8 as the line turns south-southeast at the 9,490 ft. siding, 26-car rail-served grain facilities, and junction with a former GN line coming from the north-northwest, onto which the main line turns, and a former GN line continuing east-southeast, at Nolan (MP 40.9/24.3), additional track at Ayr (MP 16.5), where the line turns southeast, the 9,371 ft. siding at Absaraka (MP 10.5), a former junction with an erstwhile GN line coming from the north at Ripon, and the junction between the Double Track former NP main line from Jamestown and the west and  the single track former GN line from Minot on the north side (and once continuing across to head southeast) at Surrey Junction (MP 3.3), with a 35 mph speed restriction on the turnout from the ex-GN line.
