Yolo Short Line, Holland Branch

This former SP trackage is in Yard Limits, with a speed limit of 15 mph for passenger trains and 10 mph for freights, starting on the south side of the Sacramento Deep Water Channel in West Sacramento, at MP 90.5, where UP ownership ends and YSL ownership starts, and heading just west of due south, through some industry along the west bank of the Sacramento River, surrounding the “Port of Sacramento”, past Jefferson (MP 88.7) and Bevan (MP 87.5) to Riverview (MP 87.0/0.0), on the west bank of the Sacramento River, where the Sacramento Northern once headed away southwest, and continues just west of due south, through the open fields of the Sacramento Delta, bridging over irrigation canals along the way, past Argenta (MP 3.9), where it turns south, Bermuda (MP 4.7), where it turns south-southwest, bridging over one of those canals to Tasco (MP 5.9), where a line once continued ahead to Oxford and the line currently turns just south of due east, along the south side of the canal, and Willow Point (Clarksburg, MP 6.3), where there is a runaround.
