Provo to Lynndyl

From the yard at Provo (MP 752.8 to MP 748.9), the line, in Yard Limits, speed limit 10 mph, leaves behind the connection (MP 752.8) from the south side of the former D&RGW Provo subdivision, heading east, and turns just east of south, on the west side of that other line, with the above-mentioned yard to the east side of the line, past another connection trailing in on the east side at a wye, and turning south, past Shops on the west side ending at MP 748.9, where Yard Limits end in favor of single track, CTC, and the speed limit increases to 50 mph, past Springville, and turning southwest past a spur at Spanish Fork (MP 744.4), a detector at MP 743.7, a bridge over the Spanish Fork, and Benjamin, where it turns south-southwest.

There is a 6,102 ft. siding at Payson (MP 737.10MP 735.8), where a former Rio Grande branch passes overhead as the line turns south, turning southeast and making a clockwise horseshoe back to the west to Santaquin, then turning southwest, south to York, south-southwest past a detector at MP 727.8 and the 6,985 ft. siding at Starr (MP 722.9-MP 721.6), on the east side of the Mona Reservoir, turning south past Mona, Burriston, Nephi (MP 711.5), where there was once a wye on the east side with an erstwhile Rio Grande branch from Ephraim on the erstwhile Marysvale line, a Hold Signal at MP 710.9, a detector at MP 709.0, a turn west and then south-southwest past the 13,436 ft. siding at Sharp (MP 701.7-MP699.1), Levan, and the 6,082 ft. siding at Juab (MP 696.7-MP 685.4).

The line turns west past a detector at MP 690.2, and Mills, and turns curvily northwest, bridging over the Sevier River to its west side, turning curvily north (following the river), bridging back to its east side past the 6,242 ft. siding at Parley (MP 681.2-MP 678.9), where the speed limit drops to 30 mph, and turning west through Soma and Martmar (MP 676.1), west-southwest, still following the river, bridging to its south side past Uisco, and turning west past a detector at MP 671.0, where the speed limit is back to 50 mph, and Lemington (MP 668.8), crossing the river again to Mack, and turning west-southwest to the 6,406 ft. siding at Lynndyl (MP 665.7-MP 664.2), where the line trails into the east side of the Salt Lake Route main line from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles, running northeast to southwest at this point.
